◆はい、“海、夏、サーフィン、ホンダ（の車）“のイメージのビーチ・ボーイズが「水に近寄っちゃいけないよ」と歌うのですからびっくりしましたね。
　でも…海を愛するからこそ、水質汚染に警鐘を鳴らし、環境問題を鋭く提起しているのだと受け止めています。

◆1971年11月8日に発売されたシングル「Surf's Up」のB面に収録されましたが、チャートインはしませんでした。
