最初、“リッチー・ファミリー“って聞いたときに、リッチー・ブラックモアのファミリー＝ディープ・パープル！だと思った人、手を挙げて〜！

はい、いないようですね！（さすがに僕もそうです）←じゃそういうこと書くなよ。

◆この曲「ディスコは恋の合言葉」は日本でも流行りましたね。僕も“ヘイ、ヘイ！”ってところが好きでした(^o^)
　洋楽の原題が"The Best Disco in Town "というのはだいぶ後から知りました。“リッチー・ファミリー”はフィラデルフィアを拠点とする女性3人組のグループで、プロデューサーの仕掛け人が“リッチー・モール”であることが名前の由来のようですね。

◆この曲アメリカではソウル・チャートとポップ・チャートの両方でトップ20に入るヒットに。ディスコ／ダンス・チャートで1週間1位となったようですね。

当時は途中、“Fly Robin Fly”の間奏が入るなあと思っていたのですが、歌詞やバックのサウンドについて、沢山のディスコ曲をサンプリング（当時はそうは言わなかったけど）して取り入れているようですね。


シングル（パート1）の収録曲は、「Reach Out I'll Be There」、「I Love Music」、「Bad Luck」、「TSOP」、「Fly, Robin, Fly」、グループの自作曲「Brazil」であり、（パート2）や（エクステンデッド・シングル）では、"Love To Love You Baby"、"That's the Way (I Like It)"、"Lady Bump"、"Express"、"Lady Marmalade"、そしてアルバム『Arabian Nights』に収録されているグループ独自の曲 "Romantic Love "が追加されているとのことです！
